Aramco Brats Cody Martin (DH ’96) and Natasha Burge (DH ’97) were married in Bahrain on March 12, 2012, with a ceremony at St. Christopher’s Cathedral and a beachside reception at the Ritz Carlton. The two met during their school years in Dhahran, and began dating while at university in Texas. They were engaged in 2006 and moved to Bahrain in 2007. This past June, Cody began working for Saudi Aramco and the couple are happy to be living back in Dhahran, their ‘hometown’.
Natasha was born in Dhahran, and both of her parents grew up in Saudi Arabia, with her grandparents moving to the Kingdom with Aramco in the 1950s. She is currently completing her master’s degree and writes for the Arabian Sun.
Cody moved to Dhahran when he was six years old and moved away at the end of 9th grade in 1996. He now works as a Contracts Adviser for Chemicals.
